Fatigue is more than just being tired or feeling sleepy. It can mean that a person feels so drained that their exhaustion interrupts their day-to-day life. What is Fatigue?

Fatigue is different from feeling tired or even sleep deprived. There will always be a moment where you'll feel tired, but this usually resolves with a good night's rest. Sleepy people may also experience temporary relief after exercising.
