In this partnership mode, Max Lab will award a franchisee to the partner for running an exclusive collection center. Max Lab exclusive collection centers would form a major chunk of our network and shall be the prime face of Max Lab in the retail marketplace.

Patients can either walk in the collection center or call for home sample collection.

SET UP REQUIRED

Collection center should be located in a visible, easily accessible location. Preferably on the ground floor with an area of around 150 - 225 sq. ft. with a washroom, a refrigerator, one centrifuge machine and one phlebotomy chair

HOSPITAL LAB MANAGEMENT (HLM) SERVICES

Hospital Lab Management (HLM) is a model where Max Lab either establishes a lab inside the hospital or upgrades the existing lab. We help the hospital plan, design and operate fully-automated pathology laboratory inside their functional hospital or nursing home.

PHYSICIAN – PHLEBOTOMIST AT SITE (PAS)

The patient often gives their samples for testing right after a doctor’s consultation, as per the prescription. Max Lab deputes phlebotomists at a doctor’s clinic to collect samples, for patient’s utmost convenience. In case the tests require fasting, the patient can also call for free sample collection from home.

PATHOLOGY TEST OUTSOURCING (PTO)

The referral lab works like their full-fledged department and carries out a wide range of lab tests. Outsourcing to Max Lab : Max Lab offers an extensive test menu and hospitals across India.
